If you experience any connectivity issues, please do not reset the modem. Try unplugging the unit and plugging it back in to reset itself and try again in a few minutes. The modem is located on the fireplace mantel.

TV/DVD

 

The TV is a Smart TV that can be used for streaming using your own accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney, YouTube, etc.  If you are experiencing complications, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist you. 

​

Thermostat

​

There is a Nest thermostat on the wall by the powder room on the main floor. If you need the temperature adjusted, please text Darlene at 905-808-0957.

BBQ

​

There are two barbeques on site available for use. There is one on the deck facing Erie Road that has a propane tank. The second barbeque on the beach front deck has a direct gas hookup. We are happy to loan our BBQ to guests, but food must be scraped/brushed off all racks and any food and/or large amounts of grease that has fallen underneath requires clean up before you go to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Fire Table

​

The Fire Table on the main beachfront deck runs on a natural gas direct hook up and must be turned off when not in use.

​

Beach Access

​

This home has private beach access directly in front of the property. We do have neighbours on either side of the property that monitor their properties through security cameras so please be cognisant of the boundaries of the property and stay within them.

Parking

​

There is ample complimentary parking along the main driveway leading up to the house.

​

Quiet Enjoyment

​

Our luxury home is in a residential area so please abide by the Town's Noise By Laws. Quiet time is observed between the hours of 11pm to 8 am as per town by-law. 

​

STARTER PACKS

​

To start off your stay, we will leave you with a starter pack that will be found near the kitchen sink on the main floor.

The starter pack will contain the following items:

2 dishwasher pods

2 garbage bags (in addition to what is in the kitchen garbage bin)

2 recycling bags (in addition to what is in the kitchen recycling bin)

​2 detergent pods

2 dryer sheets

1 sponge

As well there will be a full roll of paper towel in each kitchen and we leave 3 rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathroom vanities.

We also leave you with complimentary In The Moment branded toiletries in each bathroom. These will consist of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer.

ANYTHING THAT YOU REQUIRE IN ADDITION TO WHAT IS LEFT FOR YOU IS ENTIRELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Washer/Dryer

​

Please note that both sets of washer and dryers are there for your use, should you need them. We leave you with two detergent pods and two dryer sheets in your starter pack. But beyond that you will have to bring your own supply for the duration of your stay.

​

Garbage Disposal

​

When the garbage and recycling is full you can place it in the garbage compound in the large bins located alongside the shed outside. Two black bins for garbage and two black bins for recycling as labelled. 

 

We strive to ensure that we recycle wherever possible therefore properly sorting recycling into the bins is appreciated. Please see guide below:

Please note that all garbage should be stored with bin lids firmly secured at all times to prevent raccoons and other animals from accessing the garbage. They are cute, but leave a huge mess ☺
